The controller of your personal data is the natural person who runs the ploon.agency website (“we”). For any matter concerning personal data, you can write to us at contact@ploon.agency.

• Contact form data: your full name, company name, business email address, phone number (if you provide it), the topic and content of your message, and the fact that you gave your consent, with the date and time the form was sent.
• Correspondence data: if you write to us directly by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and information about how you use the site. We collect analytics data only with your consent.

• Replying to your enquiry and arranging a free consultation: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
• Protecting the site against spam and abuse: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Visit statistics (Google Analytics): Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, that is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Establishing, pursuing or defending claims: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

• Form and correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then for up to 12 months after the last contact. If we start working together, for the duration of the cooperation and the limitation period for claims.
• Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw it.

We entrust data only to providers that help us run the site and reply to enquiries, under data processing agreements:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: domain services and protection of the form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Resend: sending emails from the form.
• Google: email, and with your consent also Google Analytics.

We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing purposes.

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Data is transferred there on the basis of the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• have your data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@ploon.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Providing data is voluntary. However, without your full name, company name, email address and message, we will not be able to reply to your enquiry.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You will find the details in our Cookie policy. You can change your decision at any time in the cookie settings available in the site footer.

We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile site visitors.

We may update this policy, for example when the law or the tools we use change. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last change.
