Questions about
the audit.
Why do I need this audit?
Your product made it onto the shelves and the first sales went well, but customers aren't coming back for more? There can be many reasons, and each needs a different fix. Most often it is:
- Placement: the product sits where customers don't notice it.
- Price: it is higher than the competition and customers don't know what they are paying extra for.
- Communication: the packaging doesn't clearly say what makes the product different, or it is hard to read.
- Store staff: sales staff don't know the product, so they don't recommend it.
- Target group: the product ends up in the wrong stores or with the wrong customers.
There are also less obvious reasons:
- Sales team motivation: competitors reward sales reps and store staff better for selling their products.
- Retailer margin: the store or distributor earns less on your product than on a competing one, so it has no reason to promote it.
- Availability: the product is often missing from the shelf because orders or logistics can't keep up, and customers take what is there.
- Promotions: discounts that are too frequent have taught customers to buy only when the product is cheaper.
- No support after launch: marketing stopped as soon as the product entered the chain.
The audit shows which of these causes is really holding back sell-through. So you know what to fix instead of spending your budget blindly.
What exactly do I get after the audit?
A full diagnosis of the root cause of your problem and a clear priority for the changes that will solve it. Everything goes into a 90-day action plan with a task list, a measurable goal, a budget and a risk assessment. The audit ends with a joint summary workshop where we go through the findings and next steps in detail.
How much does the audit cost, and why?
The audit costs from PLN 9,900 net. We give the exact price after the free consultation, once we know the scope of the problem. For that amount you get 30 days of work from an experienced team: data analysis, interviews with your people, a diagnosis of the root cause, a detailed 90-day action plan with a goal, budget and risks, and a summary workshop. For comparison: one missed campaign, a new hire or a few months of weak sell-through in a retail chain usually cost more. The audit makes sure every next zloty goes where it will really grow your sales.
What do you need from me?
Above all, readiness and openness to change. We don't turn your company upside down: we go for evolution, not revolution. We need access to data, including sales data, protected by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), so everything stays between us. On your side we need a person dedicated to the project and access to the key people responsible for the area the problem concerns. It is also worth securing a budget from the start for the actions that come out of the audit.
Do I have to continue working with you after the audit?
No. The plan is yours: implement it yourself, with us or with another partner.
